Powerball News

A South Australian man, a Victorian couple and a Sydney mum of two have all shared in Australia’s largest ever individual Australian lottery prize, taking home over $110 Million between them (or approx $36.67 million each) in last Thursday night’s Powerball draw number 1209 on July 18, 2019.

The final division one prize pool was a huge $110,000,000.01.

This was a new Australian Powerball Jackpot record with the largest lottery prize pool eclipsing the previous biggest of $100 Million back in August of 2018.

Each of the latest Powerball winners were completely shocked and yet extremely excited about what their futures hold after receiving the news of their sudden windfalls by phone.

The list of things to do for each of them includes buying new cars, paying off the mortgage, giving some money to family, going on a holiday and possibly even giving up their jobs !

The winning numbers were 6, 13, 1, 11, 23, 27 and 16, with number 11 as the Powerball.
