Powerball Systems
Powerball Systems are played by selecting 5 numbers out of a range of 45 numbers and selecting a single number -the Powerball- from a different set of 45. There are many methods of betting in the game, each with its own pros and con. Veteran players most often choose Powerball Systems bets since this optimizes the number combinations as selected by the player. Powerball Systems vary but are loosely based on other systems method from other lottery games.
Tattslotto allows System 7 to 20 entries. In this method, players can choose more than the standard six numbers for the game. These additional numbers increase the players' chances of winning but also add up to the cost of the entry.
The Tattslotto Powerball System game also allows betting for less than the standard number. This is called System 4, 5, and 6 entries. This method gives players a stronger chance to win the Division 1 prize since if he or she is able to match all selected numbers to any of the six drawn winning numbers, the player automatically wins the jackpot amount.
Lucky 7 entries are also available for the Tattslotto game. A player who opts to use Lucky 7 is given a combination of seven games with System 7 Quick Picks. The Quick Picks are numbers randomly chosen by a computer.
Similar to the above-mentioned Powerball Systems entries for Tattslotto, Powerball has System 6 to 20 methods. The player may place more than the standard five numbers on his entry and will stand to win a prize in any division as long as his chosen numbers matches those that were drawn for the week.
Betting on less than the standard five numbers is allowed in the Powerball Systems. This is called Powerball System 3 and 4 entries. Players can choose to bet on 3 or 4 numbers. If these numbers match any of the winning numbers for the week (including the Powerball), then the player gets the Division 1 prize.
