A man from Parramatta has come forward with a winning ticket entitling him to $3 million of Thursday’s $15 million Powerball draw.
The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, was carrying the prized ticket in his wallet for a few days before checking it at his local newsagency.
Due to not being registered to a Players Club card, NSW Lotteries officials were unable to contact the lucky winner.
